Top Alcohol Funny Car, Round 1: Dan Pomponio had a .025 advantage at the 'Tree and he needed it for the win as he was outrun by Tyler Scott, although by only .002.

Yeah, those probably aren't doing much good up there.
D.J. Cox (near) had a slight advantage at the 'Tree and three-hundredths at the stripe for the win over Tony Bogolo.

Either Andy Bohl (near) took a huge gamble at the starting line keeping it safe against Marie Ferriolo or he was just dead late, but his .210 light trailed Marie's .060 by a ton. He's better at the stripe by two-tenths in ET to take the win.
